No. Requests for registration will not be entertained post closure of respective registrations dates.

What is the minimum age eligibility for applying in Dream Run race category?

Minimum age eligibility as on 14.01.2017 is 12 Years

Is there any upper age limit for each race?

There is no upper age limit for any race category.

How can an overseas applicant apply for the Event?

An overseas applicant can apply ONLY through online registrations

In whose name should the cheque or demand draft be made?

All cheques/demand draft to be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.-SCMM”

Which payment mode will be accepted for online registration?

An online applicant can pay ONLY via credit card, net banking , debit card or buy using scratch card.

How will my entry acceptance be intimated to me?

Individual applicant is required to go online and check his/her application status here post 15 working days of submission your application. In case of group entries, the point of contact of the group will be receiving email confirmation for confirmed participants of the group. Can I apply for more than one race?

No. An individual can apply only for one race in the Event. An application form received with two options chosen, will be rejected. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

Can I apply for my friend?

No. An applicant has to sign the waiver himself/herself. You cannot apply on your friend's behalf.

Are there any confirmation preference criteria in Dream Run ?

Applications of Dream run race category will be accepted on first-come-first-serve basis, until close date of registrations or until running places for each of the categories are filled, whichever is earlier.

Can I and my group of friends/colleagues submit our applications together as a group?

Yes, but ONLY if you are wanting to participate in the Dream Run or Sr. Citizen’s Run or Champions with Disability. No group applications will be accepted for the Marathon and Half Marathon race categories. Also, please do not club Marathon and Half Marathon applications with group applications of Dream Run, Sr Citizen’s Run and Champions with Disability – such applications will be disqualified.

What are the things to be remembered while submitting application forms as a GROUP?

Group Entries: Where 20 or more individuals submit their entries together, using any of the modes detailed below, this will constitute a group entry. More than 35 applications from a single group/entity/association will not be accepted. Please DO NOT club Marathon and Half Marathon entries with group entries. Such entries will be disqualified.

[A] Online group registration using scratch card

  • Where groups submit their entries online using only the scratch card as the payment mode, this will constitute a group entry. All members of a group have to apply individually on registration.procamrunning.in

  • Payment for online group entries will be made via scratch cards that are available for purchase in bulk from selected Standard Chartered Branches in Mumbai

  • Each group deciding to apply online must purchase the scratch cards in advance and distribute them to its members. At the time of purchasing scratch cards, the group needs to provide a copy of PAN Card of the company/NGO/ any other entity and a covering letter as per the given format  on an official letterhead issued by the company/NGO/ any other entity as per the format here

    • Total number of entries to be submitted

    • Details of payment made to purchase scratch cards in bulk i.e. Cash/cheque/DD number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted.

    • Name, contact number and email id of one common point of contact for the group.

    • Covering letter needs to be on a company/NGO/ any other entity’s official letter head, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory of the entity.

  • Cash/Cheque/DD will be accepted for purchasing scratch cards.Payment should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “Procam International Pvt Ltd.–SCMM”.

  • Purchasing scratch cards does not guarantee entry to the event and the members of the group need to apply online on www.scmm.procamrunning.in using scratch cards before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available. Event promoters will close registrations as and when the running spaces are filled.

  • Once scratch cards are purchased, it can only be used online for SCMM 2017 edition and till the time registrations are open or running spaces are available. Unused scratch cards cannot be returned or cancelled and the amount paid for purchasing unused scratch cards will not be refunded.

  • Online entries using any other payment mode other than scratch cards will not be treated as a group entry.

  • All requisites to apply online by an individual needs to be fulfilled to complete online registration

[B] Physical Forms

  • All members of a group have to fill and sign individual application forms. Under ‘Application Type’ in the application form, applicants need to choose ‘Group’, mentioning the group name and size of the group.

  • Only one cheque/DD will be accepted for group entries. This cheque/DD should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member .The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD. – SCMM”.

  • Each group must submit their entries together at one time along with a copy of PAN card of the company/NGO/ any other entity, in a single envelope under a covering letter of the company/NGO/ any other entity as per the format here

    • Total number of entries enclosed in each race category,

    • Number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted,

    • Name and contact details of a common point of contact for the group;

    • Covering letter needs to be on a company/NGO/ any other entity’s official letter head, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.

Can I fill a single application form on behalf of all the members of the group participating in the event?

NO, each member/ runner needs to fill individual application form with all the mandatory fields duly filled and necessary documents attached.

Can a representative submit applications on behalf individuals?

Yes, however, a representative can submit individual applications of not more than 5 people.

Is attaching passport sized photograph with the application form/online application form compulsory?

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their photograph whilst submitting application; the photograph size should not exceed 2 MB in .jpeg, .gif and .png format..

Is attaching a Govt. issued photo ID proof with my application (including online) compulsory?

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their Govt. issued photo ID proof whilst submitting application; the photograph size should not exceed 2 MB in .jpeg, .gif and .png format.

Govt. issued photo ID proof will include documents like Passport, PAN Card and Aadhaar Card.

While applying online, what should I do if the amount is deducted from my account but my transaction status is shown as pending?

While applying online, I am not receiving the email to reset my password. What should I do?

You should check your spam/junk folder for your reset password email. In case if the problem still persists, you can email us at scmm@procam.in

What should I do if I am unable to open the registration website?

We recommend you to use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for an optimized registration experience. You should also clear the cache and cookies and retry. If the problem still persists, send us a screenshot of the error at scmm@procam.in

I am a student and do not possess any of the above ID proofs. What do I submit along with my application?

We will accept valid school / college identity cards for students below the age of 18 years.

On what grounds can my entry be rejected or declared invalid?

Your entry can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A regret email will be sent to you on your registered email address mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your entry.

  • Incomplete form submitted,

  • Waiver not signed,

  • Applicant is underage for the race chosen,

  • Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted,

  • More than one entry form received from the same applicant,

  • Short receipt or non-receipt of entry fee,

  • Local Mumbai cheque not submitted,

  • Required documents not attached/submitted/submitted documents not valid,

  • Cheque or demand draft submitted not cleared by the Bank,

  • Running places are full,

  • Any other reason.

What options do I have in case my application gets rejected?

Unregistered applicants can approach participating NGO's for available Charity Running Bibs. Such charity running spaces will be available at a premium, the proceeds going for the benefit of the chosen NGO. For information on the list of participating NGO's having such charity running numbers and for rules guiding availability of such numbers, log on to www.unitedwaymumbai.org

Will I get a refund of my entry fees on my entry not having been accepted?

Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your entry is not confirmed for any reason, the entry fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 31st December 2016. An amount of INR 100 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event Registration Team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 31st January 2017.

Can I transfer my application/registration in favour of another person?

Registrations are NOT TRANSFERABLE.

Once applied can I cancel my entry and get refund ?

Once you have applied, request for cancellation and refund will not be entertained.

Can I change my race category once I have applied/my entry is confirmed?

Once you have applied for a particular race category, you cannot change your race category.
