Application Guidelines

Please go through all information mentioned in the application form prior to submitting your application. Confirmation of applications received will be subject to the Confirmation criteria, Entry Rules, and Application Guidelines given herein.

  1. You may use a photocopy of the physical or a print of the downloadable version of form from the event website to send in your application.
  2. Only one applicant can apply for the Event using a single form.
  3. Applicants must submit their entries only via the Application Modes mentioned here. No individual/group has been authorised to collect entries on behalf of the Event.
  4. DHL Corporate Champions (a 42.195 km relay):
    1. DHL Corporate Champions category is open only for teams of Companies/Firms (excluding section 25 companies) in existence for a minimum period of 9 months from the date of application.
    2. A corporate team will comprise of mixed teams of 4 members (consisting of at least one woman/man runner) who are current full time employees of the company who have been in the company for a minimum of 9 months. Contractual/outsourced/trainees/interns/deputed employees and/ or employees in probation period will not be allowed to participate. All women/men team will not be permitted in the DHL Corporate Champions.
    3. A company can field more than one team, up to a maximum of 5 teams.
    4. Each team member will be required to run a distance of approx. 10.5 km in the relay race. The team crossing the finish line first will be adjudged the Champion Corporate.
    5. Procam reserves the right to ask for any documentation that may be required for verification and confirmation of the team at any point in time.
    6. Procam reserves the right to disqualify a corporate team and/or suspend results/prize money of a corporate team, in case any discrepancy is found in the application or in the documents submitted at any point in time.
    7. A corporate team cannot register for the DHL Corporate Champions online.
    8. Please go through DHL Corporate Champions rules and regulations and the prize money structure of this race category here before submitting your entry.
  5. Documents required for participation in DHL Corporate Champions:

    To field a team, a company needs to submit:

    1. Individual application forms of the 4 runners with all mandatory details filled in.
    2. Attach the following documents to individual runner’s application form –
      • Runner’s passport sized photograph (to be affixed on the form),
      • Photocopy of runner’s Aadhar card or PAN card or passport along with a passport size photograph.
      • Photocopy of runner’s employee ID card or appointment letter with respective form.
    3. Submit the forms and documents with a covering letter on company’s letter head, issued by its H.R. department, in the given format, along with a copy of company’s/firm’s PAN card.
    4. Where multiple teams are being fielded, each team needs to be submitted along with separate company covering letters giving details of respective teams.
  6. Champions With Disability: We recommend participants of Champions with Disability be accompanied by an attendant on race day. The attendant is required to fill in a separate form and submit the same along with the form of the Champions with Disability participant, marking the said form as “Attendant of _______ (name of champions with disability participant)”. No application fee is charged for the attendant.
  7. Group Entries: (applicable only for Dream Run, Sr. Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability race categories)

    A. Physical Forms

    1. Where 20 or more individuals submit their entries together, this will constitute a group entry. All members of a group have to fill and sign individual application forms. Under ‘Application Type’ in the application form, applicants need to choose ‘Group’, mentioning the group name and size of the group.
    2. More than 35 applications from a single group/entity/association will not be accepted.
    3. Please DO NOT club Marathon and Half Marathon entries with group entries. Such entries will be disqualified.
    4. Senior Citizens’ Run Group entries: Group application forms of more than 10 participants from any group/entity/ association in Sr. Citizens’ Run need to be submitted at Harmony Interactive Centre, 5th Floor, Above Suryakant Wagal Hospital, Zaobawadi Lane, Thakurdwar, Girgaum, Mumbai 400 001. Phone: (022)32976441/32976440. No group entries for Sr. Citizens’ Run will be accepted at Standard Chartered Bank branches.
    5. Only one cheque/DD will be accepted for group entries. This cheque/DD should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member .The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD. – SCMM”.
    6. Each group must submit their entries together at one time along with a copy of PAN card of the company/NGO/ any other entity, in a single envelope under a covering letter of the company/NGO/ any other entity as per the given format, clearly stating –
      1. Total number of entries enclosed in each race category
      2. Number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted
      3. Name and contact details of a common point of contact for the group
      4. Covering letter needs to be on a company/NGO/ any other entity’s official letter head, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.

    B. Online group registration using scratch card (Applicable only for Dream Run Race Category)

    1. Where 20 or more individuals submit their entries online using only the scratch card as the payment mode, this will constitute a group entry. All members of a group have to register individually on www.scmm.procamrunning.in
    2. Payment for online group entries will be made via scratch cards that are available for purchase in bulk from selected Standard Chartered Branches in Mumbai.
    3. No Marathon/Half Marathon entry will be treated as part of the group.
    4. d) Each group deciding to register online must purchase the scratch cards in advance and distribute them to its members. At the time of purchasing scratch cards, the group needs to provide a copy of PAN Card of the company/NGO/ any other entity and a covering letter as per the given format on an official letterhead issued by the company/NGO/ any other entity as per the given format ,clearly stating –
      1. Total number of entries to be submitted
      2. Details of payment made to purchase scratch cards in bulk i.e. Cash/cheque/DD number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted
      3. Name, contact number and email id of one common point of contact for the group
      4. Covering letter needs to be on a company/NGO/ any other entity’s official letter head, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory of the entity
    5. Cash/Cheque/DD will be accepted for purchasing scratch cards. Payment should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable and 6% online convenience charges for each individual group member. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “Procam International Pvt Ltd.–SCMM”.
    6. Purchasing scratch cards does not guarantee entry to the event and the members of the group need to register online on www.scmm.procamrunning.in using scratch cards before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available. Event promoters will close registrations as and when the running spaces are filled.
    7. Once scratch cards are purchased, it can only be used online for SCMM 2016 edition and till the time registrations are open or running spaces are available. Unused scratch cards cannot be returned or cancelled and the amount paid for purchasing unused scratch cards will not be refunded.
    8. Online entries using any other payment mode other than scratch cards will not be treated as a group entry.
    9. All requisites to register online by an individual needs to be fulfilled to complete online registration.
  8. Before sending in your application, please check the following –
    1. You have filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ in the application form;
    2. You have attached the documents required to confirm your entry based on the confirmation criteria (applicable for marathon/half marathon race category);
    3. Attached a copy of your latest passport sized photograph with your application;
    4. Attached a copy of your Govt. issued Photo ID proof, i.e. either Passport, Driving license, PAN Card or Aadhaar card;
    5. Enclosed the requisite application fees;
    6. Signed the ‘waiver’ in the form;
    7. If applying for the Dream Run or Champions with Disability, and where the applicant is below 18 years of age, the guardian too has signed the ‘waiver’ and written his/her relation with the applicant.
    8. Applicant meets the minimum age eligibility criteria for the chosen race category.
  9. Where any discrepancy is found in the application and documents submitted, the same will not be accepted.
  10. Entry confirmation: Post close of registrations, individual applicant is required to go online on scmm.procamrunning.in/registration/application-status/ and check his/her application status.
